Market Enginuity is currently seeking an experienced Director Sponsorship Sales to lead our local sponsorship sales team at KPLU and KING FM in Seattle, WA, selling their media assets including broadcast corporate sponsorship messages, web-related products and events. The Director Sponsorship Sales position requires training and motivating a sales staff to develop new business while growing and maintaining current business. Some high-level personal sales are also required and the individual must be able to organize and focus the sales effort in a dynamic environment.
